Registration Policy

  • Due to capacity limits, each participant may present only one paper.
  • To be included in the conference programme, the presenting author must be registered by January 16, 2026.
  • Papers not linked to a registered presenting author by the final deadline will be removed from the programme.
  • You will need your ID during registration.
  • PhD students or university students are eligible for a Reduced rate.

Payment Options

You can pay the registration fee:

  • By bank card (via Stripe)
  • By bank transfer

If you plan to pay by bank transfer, please complete your registration by November 30, 2025, to qualify for the Early Bird rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a Conference or Event by the University

The Corvinus University of Budapest reserves the right to cancel a Conference or Event or any associated event at its sole discretion. In the event of such a cancellation the registration fee will be refunded upon proof of purchase. The Corvinus University of Budapest expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. In the event of cancellation, the Corvinus University of Budapest will use reasonable endeavours to publicise the cancellation and details will be posted on the website associated with the Conference or event. Attendees are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. Wherever possible, the Corvinus University of Budapest will endeavour to contact delegates by email in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation by the Participant

We will refund 50% of the registration fee (minus applicable bank charges) upon proof of purchase when cancellation occurs before 06 January 2026 23:59 CET. No refunds will be given for cancellation later than this date or for non-attendance. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to geoinno@wecotravel.hu.
All refunds will be processed within two weeks after the congress ends.
